Maximum Asphalt Care is based in Newmarket and services York Region and surrounding areas. We offer complete asphalt maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Our crews have extensive training and produce only the best quality work. We are always keeping up with the latest advancements in equipment technology to ensure we are offering the best solutions.

The Problem.

Maximum Asphalt Care was looking for new ways to capture leads and expand their business throughout York Region. They’ve tried several different marketing solutions but are looking for more cost-efficient ways to generate business.

The Conversation

Maximum Asphalt Care currently runs their own solo mailout campaign, so understandably they were a little on the fence about putting an ad in the spotlight admail campaign. 

Over the phone, our team discussed that our spotlight campaign although still print mail, is not the same as a solo mailout. We explained that they would be essentially sharing the printing & mailing costs with other non-competing businesses and therefore end up paying a lot less per piece compared to the much larger costs of running a solo mail campaign.

We decided to do a test and prove to Maximum Asphalt Care that their return on investment will be higher with our Spotlight Campaigns vs solo admail.

First, our graphic design and marketing team created a stunning advertisement. Then for one month, we ran two campaigns with the same total budget. A solo postcard mailout campaign and an ad in our Spotlight brochure campaign.

Maximum Asphalt Care used two different website domains and phone numbers for each campaign to track the results. At the end of the month, we added up the numbers and found the Spotlight Ad outperformed the solo mailout by far!
